Swallows Cottage, Margaret River

Swallows Cottage, Margaret River

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing little cottage, it was even better than in the photos! So cosy, there was everything we needed in the kitchen and thankfully heated blankets. Ideal location, close to Witchcliffe and Margaret River. I slept so well, the mornings are magical with the sun slowly rising and the mist setting on the paddocks around the property. I felt like I was back in childhood, in the English countryside. I didn't realize how much I missed being surrounded by nature, it's one thing to have a day or even weekend immersed in nature. But I think we all deserve to live in nature. Anyway, I highly recommend this little cottage, it does get cold inside (granted all houses are at this time of year), but its perfect for a little getaway! I will definitely be back!"

Whale Watch Family & Pet Friendly Augusta Retreat

"Wonderfully set up house. Felt like a home away from home with well-equipped kitchen, laundry and bathrooms, as well as books & games. Supplied linen made it so easy, warm & cozy for our winter stay. Eco friendly products were also great to see. First house I've stayed at with a digital door lock, which made it so easy with our large family coming and going at different times. We did not realise the portacot did not include a mattress but there was a cot so no issues in the end. Thank you Seaside Holiday homes!"

"This is the perfect location for a relaxing stay - opposite the dog beach and an easy walk to Colourpatch and Flinders Bay. It was magic sitting out on the front deck watching the ocean. The only down side was a couldnt figure out how to make the dvd work but I had plenty of books so only small issue :-)"

"As usual the Stayz drip pricing was disappointing and it was more expensive than it looked. BUT DJ was a lovely helpful host and we had a great time. The location and surrounds were lovely - peaceful and picturesque yet close to attractions. Perfect venue for a multigenerational stay with pet :-) comfortable and relaxed. Matches the description and has everything you might need."
